'Farfalle Two', named after the Italian word for 'butterflies', is an interactive, co-operated tri-chromatic inkblot.
It is comprised of three, individually selectable layers of prints in cyan, magenta and yellow, which overlap to form a vibrant composite image.
Each layer contains twelve inkblot designs. By selecting two identical designs, tertiary colors can also be created.
Its three layers can be combined and interpreted in a large number of ways that always produce unpredictable results for viewers to contemplate on what they see before them.
When experiencing the piece, viewers are encouraged to consider one simple question :
"What do you see now?"
